Nutrition & Calorie Comments

This recipe actually works out to 82 calories a portion, not 58.4, as only one egg appears to have been added in calorie calculations instead of two.. HOWEVER....even at 82 calories this is a low syn treat, and worth the making!!!!
Very good! But calories are incorrect, based only on one egg. I used the one egg, and it was fine. Subbed Truvia for the Splenda and added raisins. Very yummy!
I couldn't calculate the syns on my syns calculator without a portion size being given. However at 58.4 calories per serving, I'm guessing it to be aprox 3 syns per serving. Looks delicious. I am going to try it soon!
Oh my goodness!! This one gets top rating from me. I just made it this morning, and this afternoon it not only stopped an unhealthy binge, but also filled a gap. Cant beat this for the calorie count. I had it warmed up with 2T of cool whip free. THANK YOU for posting this!!!! Much love!! <3
I will SO be making this again! I can't say it's a cake, it's more like a very fudgy brownie--which I absolutely love! Those 5g of fiber are a cherry on top (so to speak). I made this in a 1-qt square baking pan and it worked beautifully.
