Made this tonight for dinner. It was really good. I also drained and rinsed the beans. How much sodium do you think that saves?
This is a nutritional powerhouse, flavorful and quick and easy as well. I added italian seasoning as I was trying to copy something I ate at a health food store's lunch counter. They served theirs on toasted tuscan bread. I rinsed and drained my beans to get rid of some of the sodium.
