Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

Great base recipe for a healthy snack. Like most members, I had to tweak it a little. Used whole wheat flour, reduced sugar in half and used 1/4 cup raw only. Then added 1/2 cup chopped walnuts. Shaped into 12 cookies @ 135 calories each for a really great snack with a cup of coffee or tea.
