I LOVE this soup! The ingredients are inexpensive and it tastes absolutely delish! I was wary of using so much chicken broth (sodium) & was only making enough for myself so I instead used 1 cup of water and 1 cup of chicken broth. I thought it wouldn't have as much flavor, but I am glad I was wrong!
