Just made this a bit ago. It turned out Fabulous! I used the I-Can't-Believe-Its-Not-Butter Spray (idea from NKEYSER's No Crust Apple Pie recipe) and regular brown sugar since I have no splenda or soy products. Only used apples. Thanks for the recipe!
