Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

A new household favorite! This was our first experience with bulgur. I cut the sodium by using low-sodium chicken broth and salt-free cajun seasoning. I also increased the veggie quantity, and used tabasco sauce instead of the red pepper. This made 4 huge servings, and was a very filling dinner.
