This is very good. I cannot call it a quiche just b/c it uses eggs/egg sub. It is a DDP. You need to get nutrition facts in sync with ingredient list. I used 2 cups of cheese (not 4) in crust. Also, 6 servings are huge!! Need to try something more like 9 servings.
