Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I used frozen (thawed) strawberries and rhubarb and substituted splenda for the sugars bc of 2 diabetics in the house. Also used butter bc we don't buy margarine.
I too used salted butter, and it was awesome!
THIS WAS VERY TASTY. I REDUCED THE CALORIES BY USING WHITE & BROWN SUGAR SPLENDA FOR BOTH SUGARS.
A little more calories than expected, but great combo of ingredients.
I substituted sweetener for the sugar, tasted great!
This was very good with the exception of the margarine. I prefer not to ingest plastic, so I used regular salted butter and it rocked my face off!
Great recipe! Tastes absolutely delicious, and is an excellent, lower calorie alternative to a strawberry-rhubarb pie addiction without resorting to sugar substitutes. I used thawed berries/rhubarb. Thank you, MOMZO52!
I made this and my family loved it. I will try to make it with splenda next time and see if everyone still likes it. I would like to bring down the calories and boost the fiber.
Even my husband raved about this one. I substituted Splenda for the sugar and brown sugar splenda for the brown sugar for a lot less calories.
