Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Very good! I used plain nonfat yogurt and added a little Splenda. Yummy!
I add a banana and sub 1 cup orange juice for the milk...more fruit and fiber...add 1 Tbsp. sugar/sugar sub. if using o.j.
To save another 100 calories, use Dannon Lite and Fit 60 cal. no sugar added yogurt. Most yogurts, even lo fat have 160-220 calories. Believe it or not, I love this made with low fat buttermilk. Way less calories and it adds a wonderful tang and no one will know its buttermilk. Very healthy.
