I am making this tonight. It smells wonderful already. I didn't have enough soy sauce so I used about 1 ounce of soy sauce and made up the rest with white cooking wine. That cuts the sodium down a lot too.
A staple stir-fry sauce...I would definitely make this again. I used low sodium soy sauce just to cut the salt a little.
