Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

Wish the skin got crispier, but the glaze seemed to prevent that. It did have a really good flavor to it, though. And the pan drippings made the yummiest gravy ever! Next time, though, I'll leave out the oil - the hen seems to have enough fat on it's own.
