I am vegan so used egg substitute, coconut sugar instead of sugar. Very good, not valid rating for original recipe though.
Delicious! I only used half the sugar and didn't miss it at all! I plan to make this ALL the time now!

** I have an 18 month daughter now. I still make this all the time and she loves it too.
