I tried these as written - assuming that the applesauce was a replacement for oil (and oil just not deleted from instructions). Used Stevia - granulated, flake, for sugar. Love the touch of honey! Delicious! Worked really well. Thanks for contributing a recipe not for 24 - 48 muffins, too!
