Had this last night. Great! I was kind of leery of fat free cheese and ground poultry, but it was delicious. This is a "keeper". I don't 'do' artificial sweeteners so I did use regular brown sugar. And I used red pepper instead of the green. Don't know if this made it sweeter or not.
This sounds great! Have you thought about using Pilsbury reduced fat biscuits?
