Loved it. Used low sodium broth, but was still a bit salty, I think I would replace one cup of broth with water, or add a bit of water to make it more brothy.
We really loved it and I will definitely make it again but I will use reduced sodium broth. Between the sausage, broth, and dash of Parmesan cheese we added to the top it was too salty. While I was making the soup I was a little scared but it turned out awesome. Def a keeper! Thanks!
