I love this Vanilla and Cinnamon Oatmeal Protein Crêpe Recipe!
Although the taste and texture are quite different from a regular crepe, I did enjoy these. I froze the last one, ate it for snack. (I thought it was even good without toppings, at room temp.)
Lots of protein, low in fat and carbs, and almost 5 grams of fiber! I will make these again.
