Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

This recipe is fantastic! Very low calorie and no mayonnaise. Great for a summer picnic !! There's a little too much red wine, for my personal liking, so I simply reduced the amount. I put it in the oven after mixing all the ingredients, then added the parsley, which made it tastier. YUM!
Great potato salad to take to a party because it's mustard based instead of mayo. Great for calorie counting too. I think it's DELICIOUS!
