Will definitely make this recipe again! I did add the chopped nuts that the last user suggested. I also half-ground the oatmeal. The muffins are nice and moist. I may try using applesauce instead of sugar next time. Very easy!
Even better for you by adding 2 T ground flax seed, .25 cup chopped pecans. Super moist, we also used cinnamon sugar to sprinkle on top. Grand daughter loved helping with all the extras we did.
