I can see this recipe being plain as is, but it makes a fantastic base. I added diced onion, 1/4 t salt, 1/2 t ginger, 1 t each curry, cumin, garam masala, 1 drained can no salt tomatoes. Instead of sour cream, I used Greek yogurt, which curdled... so next time I'll stick to sour cream. Delicious.
