Very good recipe.
I made the following changes:
instead of vanilla extract I used cinnamon, allspice and cloves
increased almonds to 1/2 cup chopped for topping.
reduced the sugar to 2 tablespoons for topping
reduced oil to 1/2 cup and added 1/2 cup of water
increased rhubarb to 2 cups
