Nutrition & Calorie Comments

This looks really good.. I'll be making this tonight with fat free greek yogurt. I'm going to serve it with brown rice and steamed broccoli.
You have to take what I say with a grain of salt because I don't care for fish but am trying to add it to my diet. We tried this tonight and found it to be a little too tangy for our tastebuds! Will try it again but tweaked a little. Thanks!
Had to get on a low fat diet and this did not TASTE low fat! Everyone one in the family loves it, including our four year old twins!
This was a great salmon recipe. Hard to believe it was so low in carbs and caloies. Even my husband liked it! Definitely a keeper.
This looks great. I love having left over salmon for breakfast too. Had some today. I will try this one tomorrow since I have all the ingredients. I make one very similar using fat free yogurt and sour cream in equal parts.
