I was very happy with this soup. It is one of the best soups I have ever had. One thing that is good is to add a few fat free croutons on top when it is served.
It's worth the effort to make this soup. You can freeze some for other meals and you can eat enough to really fill you up since it's so low in calories and fat. Try different spices to change it up a bit.
