I loved these! I was out of olive oil, so I used Ken's Healthy Options Balsamic Vinagrette dressing instead (which contains olive oil.) I drizzled it all over, sprinkled sea salt and pepper, baked for 30 minutes and they turned out fabulous! I will never boil brussel sprouts again.
Five stars! What a terrific recipe. I actually didn't use oil but some no-fat substitute spray and also threw a few broccoli pieces into the mix. What a treat. Unlike others, I didn't have any problems with these being underdone. They were beautifully bakes and delicious. Thanks so much for sharing
I am so not a brussel sprout person, but this recipe is a great foundation for them! I'll usually cut the sprouts in half, and toss them with the balsamic, olive oil, pepper & garlic salt in a bowl before placing on the sheet/in oven. I also roast for ~35-40 min, turning once. Delicious!
This was a great way to cook brussel sprouts!! I sprinkled on some garlic salt and everyone loved them!!
I was pleasantly surprised by this recipe! It was very easy to make and I added garlic salt instead of regular salt. Thanks!
Brussels Sprouts are not my favorite vegetables - I force myself to eat them from time to time, for their great nutritional values, but I have to admit that this recipe made me like them better! Thanks! :-))
