Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Good idea to use the low fat version of the soup.
Made this and it tastes as good as the loaded version I used to make. Same taste, fewer calories, win, win.
This is very good and I'm making it again for Thanksgiving. I will be using low sodium canned green beans and Healthy Choice cream of mushroom soup. Family won't know the difference.
I tried this and it is not one of my favorites. I prefer a bit of carmelized onion sprinkled on plain steamed green beans. Less calories too..
This is the recipe I will use for Thanksgiving to save my family a few calories. It' quick and easy, but I'm going to use a minimal amount of the fried onions and will see if there is a low sodium mushroom soup I can buy.
I made it with canned No-Salt-Added canned green beans that were much more tender than frozen. Will do again for the family Thanksgiving Dinner!
This is much lighter in calories than my recipe. I will give it a try on Thanksgiving. Thank You.
This recipe calls for 1 10oz can low-fat Cream of Mushroom Soup but I had to use 2 to make it work.
I used the Healthy Request cream of mushroom soup instead of the fat free version. It came out delicious and couldn't even tell it was the "healthy" version!
Yummy! I used Skim Plus milk for creaminess without fat and I added a dash of red pepper sauce. I like it spicy!
I've always made mine low fat and people never really notice - it's great.
