This was really good . Love the taste. A lot of veggies and vitamins
This is a great way to get extra vegetables in! I didn't know what an English cucumber is, so I just used a regular cucumber. I also used my blender and didn't bother using a sieve, which both ended up being fine. The only change I would make is to reduce the salt a bit.
