I doubled the splenda and vanilla as well as adding an extra teaspoon of pumpkin spice the first time I made this after reading other comments. With these additions, this pie is INCREDIBLE! Love the fact it tastes like "real" pumpkin pie minus the excessive calories.
Loved this pie, I did find that it could use more spices, but other than that great pie and without all the extra calories, sugar and carbs.
I baked mine in a 8-inch square baking dish and then cut into 6 squares. Then I just recalculated the calories. I loved this and will make it again.
