i make spagetti pie as well!what i do is use whole wheat pasta, and instead of ricotta i use cottage cheese! try it sometime, its yummy! will try it with the ricotta & let you know!you can also cut some calories by using "I cant believe its not butter spray" you can open the top and pour it on.
