This was a good recipe. We found the meat to very very tender. However, it is very salty.
Made this twice but DON'T cook for 4 hours. I made a THREE-pound loin and it was well past 145 deg at only 3 hours (on low). Use a little less soup than it calls for, but keep everything else the same for 3 lbs and it'll be a little less painfully-salty, but just as delicious. Everyone LOVED IT!
