Nutrition & Calorie Comments

This is very good. As far as the Sodium. I used low Sodium Soy Sauce, Teriyaki sauce & used alternatives for spices. It was very good. And PF Chang's it a lot higher in Sodium FYI.
Actually tastes as good as it looks. My new favorite. Regarding the sodium issue, I used low sodium Kikkoman Teriyaki and soy sauce. Also, I used 100% maple syrup instead of suger free. Other then that, nothing else to change....just fantastic, full, spicy flavor!
Agree that it is really, really spicy, but the flavor is great! Made it with diced chicken. Consider bibb lettuce and low sodium teriyaki.
I haven't tried making this yet? How significant is the sugar free maple syrup??
Very good, not spicy.....but too salty. I will try making again and reduce the soy sauce by at least half & add a tbsp or 2 of peanut butter.
I used 2 tsp ground red pepper after having discovered my red pepper flakes were expired. It was pretty spicy, so I'd probably just do 1/2 Tbsp next time. Great recipe! Yes it's high in sodium but most Asian recipes are so don't eat it everyday and you'll be fine.
Sounds great1 I can't wait to try it for dinner or lunch this week. I will substitute the soy sauce for Bragg's Liquid Aminos since there is no sodium in it.
These were soooo good! i made them last night and can't wait to have the leftovers today for lunch! I used ground chicken instead of turkey and used low sodium teriyaki and soy. YUM!
Way too high in sodium!

If I make this, I'll probably use half the amount of soy sauce and teriyaki sauce, omit the honey, then add a few tablespoons of orange juice (for the sweetness that'd be missing from getting rid of the honey, and to make the reduced amount of soy and teriyaki go farther)
It looks good, but so high in sodium.
Again - way too high in sodium. I've had these at PF Changs, but that was before (or maybe why) I had to start taking 3 meds to control my blood pressure!
