I liked these. Found sugar measurements in nut stats list - sub'd 1/4 cup stevia. Had to guess at salt, nutmeg and cinn. Found a 1 Tbsp measure of nutmeg in nut stats - and changed it to 1/2 Tbsp ea of cinn and nutm. Did anyone skip using muffin papers?
I was out of flour (how does that happen?) so I substituted heart healthy bisquick for the four, soda, and powder and they came out just fine. Didn't add sugar, bananas and raisins were sweet enough for me.
I found a nearly identical recipe on my Raisin Bran cereal box and it called for 1/4 c sugar
i didnt add sugar as it does not list it in the ingredance lits even tho it is listed directions and i did not know how much to put in,
next time i will be adding some kind of sugar or more raisins as i didnt think they where sweet enough but other wise they are great andi got 16 muffins
These were yummy, but I got only 7 muffins from the recipe. So the calorie count was 246 per muffin. :(
How much sugar did you use?
Very yummy. My family loved them. 2 muffins was a very good filling breakfast...I made a double batch and it made 18 muffins. They were really easy.
Probably the best thing is that even though they don't have sugar, they're sweet enough to eat without butter! =D

ps.I didn't add any sugar, DEANNA
