My bread machine makes 2 lb loaves and the baking time was too long on the 1lb setting (this recipe isn't even a lb) mine was a bit crusty. I would advise to watch your machine during the last 15 min or so and remove early if needed. I used brown sugar instead of splenda. Will make again. Thanks!
