Good way to get protein by combining rice and beans.
Tasty! I didn't have the herbs mentioned on hand, but used one large onion and some curry powder with a touch of chili sauce ('cause I like the spicy). I omitted the cheese, but topped with a dollop of low-fat greek yogurt. Very good!
