Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

This is definitely filling and it tastes pretty good, but I probably will change the Italian seasoning to something else. It's not a flavor my family cares for in a soup. The sodium in this is so high, that I used unsalted beef stock instead (heart problems). I want to try it w/ ground turkey also.
