Nutrition & Calorie Comments

This cobbler is delicious! However, the wet ingredients were not enough to make the dough appropriately. I added 1/4 cup of low-fat milk and it turned out perfectly! I've already passed along the recipe to several friends who asked for it!
This recipe is easy to make and delicious. The topping is low fat but light and tender. I also tried it with peaches. My advice is to use small spoonfuls for the topping so you won't be tempted to eat more than one portion!
