Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

In made a couple of alterations of my own and have made this multiple times now. I use all water instead of chicken broth to lower the sodium for DH. I have also used the crumbs from shredded wheat instead of oats and it turns out real good every time! Great for meat loaf sandwiches!
