I don't know...it looks tasty but the calories to protein ratio isn't adequate. Only 10 grams? Although, my gold standard is my favorite protein drink: 160 calories and 30 grams....tough to find that in any recipe.

Surprised to see someone rated this 2 stars - this recipe made me a big quinoa fan! Though I like to use regular brown sugar and reduce it a bit, or use a bit of maple syrup instead of brown sugar. Submitted by:
