made with almond butter due to allergies; would use less sugar next time and try some of the other suggested variations
AmandaCrocker stated that she added Baking Soda and Vanilla to get 30 smaller cookies @ 100 calories each. Great idea but she didn't say how much Baking Soda and Vanilla...thoughts? Thanks.
Good cookie but very very high in calories. Easy to make but not likely to make again.
If it had 10 stars... I would make it 10. Did a double batch and stuck a hershey kiss on top to make Peanut Butter Blossoms for a party. These are simply AMAZING. Used half sugar and half splenda. DELISH
I makese all the time. I recenly started experimenting with the ingredients. I found that if u use 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup splenda and 1/4 egg beaters it turns out very yummy. In doing this it will make for less calories too. It turned out as good as the orignal recipe!
yummy!! Added baking soda and vanilla and ended up getting 30 smaller cookies. Based on this recipe that's just under 100 calories a cookie!
