Ingredients
Clamato, 32 oz - chilled1/4 Cup Diced Onion - Red/PurpleCilantro, raw, chopped 2 tbspLemon juice, 1/4 cup2 large Cucumber (peeled), diced into chunks1 Avacado, diced Garlic powder, 1 tbsp60 large Shrimp, cooked, peeled, deveined and chilled
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, stir well. Chill about 30 min before serving. Serves 5.
