Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
2 cups oats1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce1.5 cups skim milkscant 1/2 cup brown sugar1/2 tsp baking powder1/4 cup raisins2 tbsp butter1 egg, slightly beaten
Directions
Melt butter, then add egg, applesauce, and milk.
In a separate bowl, combine all other ingredients.
Pour into greased 8 inch square pan, bake at 375 for about 22 minutes.
