Slow cooker chicken thighs with mushrooms

Ingredients
Line slow cooker with chopped onions and whole baby carrots. Place skinless chicken thighs (remove as much fat as possible) on top of them, pour chicken broth over, sprinkle with seasonings, top with mushroom soup. Add chopped mushrooms. Cover and cook on low heat 7-8 hours (or high 4 hours). Sauce can be used to make a gravy, or you can mix it all together to make it more like a stew. Chicken meat will fall apart.
