Ingredients
Yellow squash, Bell red pepper, Portobella mushroom (pre sliced), Red onion, chopped garlic. Balsamic Vinegar, olive oil
Directions
Chop veggies to your liking (chunks is good since they shrink a little) Pour oil, vinegar and garlic over veggies, marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Heat a teaspoon of olive oil in pan or wok and saute.
