Low Fat Cheesecake Toppers

8 oz. pkg Low Fat (Neufchatel) Cream Cheese~ 5 tsp. or so of Splenda (to taste)10 Tbsp Fat Free Whipped Topping, thawed10 Graham Crackers, broken in half (20 squares total)fresh raspberries or other fruit to top with
Beat the cream cheese and sugar with a wire whisk or electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Stir in whipped topping.
Spread 1 Tbsp of the cheese mixture onto each graham cracker square just before serving.
Top with fresh fruit, if desired.
Makes 20 servings, 1 topped graham square each.
(Cheese mixture can be made ahead of time. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator up to 2 days.)
