Carrot and Raisin Salad

Ingredients
1/2 cup celery, diced1/2 carrots, shredded or cut into very small strips1/4 tbsp Real Mayonnaise1 tsp Honey MustardLemon Juice1/8 cup of raisins (or one small box)Crushed walnuts (optional)
Directions
Combine carrots, celery, mayo, and honey mustard in a bowl. Add lemon juice to taste. Sprinkle raisins and/or walnuts over top.

Makes 2 Servings of approx 1/2 cup each. I
