90 Calorie Butter Pecan Cupcakes w/ Cheesecake Flavor Icing

Ingredients
1 Box Betty Crocker Super Moist Butter Pecan Cake Mix1 Diet A&W Root BeerIcing:1 Tub of Cool Whip Free1 Packageof Sugar Free Fat Free Jello Pudding Mix Cheesecake Flavor
Directions
Mix Cake Mix & Diet Soda for 2 minutes until there are no more lumps

Pour into cupcake pan w/ liners. Fill the cups 2/3 full.

Bake at 350 for 18-22 minutes until done.

Let cool.

While cupcakes are baking, prepare icing.
Mix 1 package of sugar free fat free Cheesecake flavor Jello Instant pudding into 1 tub of Cool Whip Free.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

If you are icing all of the cupcakes, they will all need to be refrigerated.

use 1 tbsp of icing per cupcake (you won't use the whole tub of icing). Yields 24 cupcakes.
