Low Sodium Chicken and Yellow Rice

Ingredients
5 Cups Water5 Chicken thighs, boneless and skinless2 Tbsp Wyler's Instant Chicken Bouilion2 Tbsp Mrs. Dash Table Blend1 package of Vigo Italian Arborio Rice1 packet of Vigo Spanish Flavoring &Coloring
Directions
Add Bouilion, chicken and Mrs. Dash to water and boil until chicken is cooked. Remove chicken and cover.

Remove all water except for 3 cups. Add rice and flavoring mix and boil for 1 minute stirring continuously. Cover and reduce heat to simmer. Cook 20 minutes

Cut chicken into chuncks and add to rice while it's cooking.

Remove rice when done and fluff.

Yields 8 1-cup servings.
