Ingredients
Great norther white beans, 80% ground beef, tomato paste, frozen mixed vegetables, onions, peppers, spices (garlic, paprika,curry,) or any other spice that takes your fancy.
Directions
Cook your ground beef with just a little water, while it's cooking your adding vinegar, spices, tomato paste, when it's saucy add your cooked beans and the rest of the vegetables, lit simmer until cooked. Taste to make sure it has enough salt, add salt to taste. Salt amount in recipe is a estimate.
