Ingredients
* Roti-Chapati, Rotiland (1 Roti/Chapati - 57gm), 5 serving * Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 1 tsp * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) * Shan, Karahi fry Ghost Masala, 1/4 tsp * Green Chili Pepper (Anaheim, 1 whole), *Ginger & Garlic Paste, 1/2 tsp
Directions
1. Heat Oil. Saute chopped ginger & garlic paste.
2. Add chopped tomatoes, whole green chili. Add Shan Karahi fry Ghost Masala. Fry till tomatoes are tender.
3. Add 1 cup water. Bring to boil, The add Rotis.
4 Mix till the masala is coated on rotis. serve hot.
