Ingredients
Directions
1 lb Lean Ground Beef (frozen)2 Cans healthy Choice Tomato Soup6 Cups Water2 T Beef Bouillon1 10oz Bag Mixed Frozen Vegetables1 Cup Orzo or other small pasta
I like to start with my ground beef still frozen to keep it from falling apart - but I have made it both ways.
Place frozen ground beef, Tomato soup and water in soup pot and cook for about 45 minutes to an hour. Remove the ground beef and chop it into course chunks. Add the vegetables and pasta & beef to the broth, cook for about another 10 minutes.
Better the next day. After you refrigerate the soup the grease from the ground beef will collect at the top and make it easy scrape off and remove.
