Mexican Shrimp Cocktail

-2 (1 lb) bags of frozen cooked shrimp, deveined with tails removed, thawed-50 oz Clamato juice cocktail-16 oz spicy V8 juice-2 large cucumbers, peeled and diced with seeds removed-1 large white onion, diced-1 bunch of cilantro, chopped with stems removed (optional)-1 large hothouse tomato, diced-2 limes-3 tsp table salt-5 tbsp Heinz ketchup-3 avocados, without skin and seed, diced (optional)
Start by combining shrimp, cucumbers, onion, tomatoes ,and cilantro in large bowl. Add Clamato and V8. Mix well. Squeeze in lime juice and add ketchup. Stir well. Salt, to taste. Let chill in fridge for at least 3 hours. If serving all at once, add avocado. If not, add 1/4 avocado with each serving. Keeps for about a week in the fridge. Makes 12, 1.5 cup servings.
