Ingredients
3 Skinless Boneless Chicken Breasts1 can Hormel 98% Fat Free Turkey Chili with or without beans2 packages Taco Seasoning8 Burrito Sized Tortillas1 package Fat Free Sour Cream1 package Shredded CheeseOptional:1 bag Tortilla chips1 bottle of Taco Sauce
Directions
Cooking Instructions: Boil the chicken in a large pot of water until it is cooked all the way through (about 15-20 minutes), remove from water and pull apart (using two forks worked the best for me), add pulled chicken to slow cooker with can of chili and 1 package of taco seasoning and stir up mixture, let cook stirring every so often to keep a good consistency, mix sour cream and the other package of taco seasoning together to make a quick taco dip

Prep: Take a tortilla, spread the taco dip in the middle, sprinkle cheese on top and microwave for 30 seconds or until the cheese has melted. Remove from microwave and put down a serving of the chili con pollo in the middle of the tortilla, add taco sauce or take a hand full of tortilla chips, crunch up and sprinkle on top, wrap burrito and enjoy!

If only cooking for one or two, refrigerate the left over burrito filling for later. When it comes time to make another burrito build the tortilla and place the meat on top before microwaving for about 1:30 so it cooks everything at the same time.

Add some hot sauce to the mix for a little kick

Makes 8 Burritos

Sorry about the high sodium content, I redid the ingredients calculator and it seems I had doubled up the ingredients per serving on accident.

I'm gonna go out on limb here and assume that the servings per recipe number is wrong and therefore the nutritional information should be divided by 8... - 3/9/10
